The 85-gallon Power Pro 6000 is a large capacity ultrasonic cleaning system with 6000 watts of peak ultrasound. This unit is 6” deeper than any of our smaller models and has a 24” width opening. The robust design lends itself to larger parts cleaning requirements, including transmission cases, larger castings and molds, large food processing applications and heat exchangers. The unit is portable, so it can easily be moved within a shop environment without a forklift.
The Power Pro 8000 ultrasonic cleaner has a 110-gallon capacity and 8000 watts peak ultrasonic cleaning for large-volume, large-power precision cleaning requirements. Applications include large aluminum and stainless steel housings, plastic injection molds and heat exchangers, to name a few. Because the ultrasonic generators are housed under the control panel and not the cleaning tank, the overall height of the machine is only 37”.
The 3600XW, a 60-gallon portable ultrasonic cleaner, is the centerpiece of the Omega Restoration Pro’s two-basket processing system. When combined with a 3600PW pre-wash and our tunnel dryer, trained operators can process up to 12 boxes of contents per hour. This ultrasonic cleaner has a small footprint, making it easy to take out into the field.
Our largest ultrasonic cleaning system for the restoration industry is the 5224UW. This three-basket contents processing unit has a 52″ x 24″ x 20″ tank. When trained staff combine the 5224UW with the 5200PW pre-wash system and the 6900TD tunnel dryer, they can clean and process up to 20 boxes of contents per hour.
The 5038i has all the same physical features as the Omega Super Pro with the exception of the overflow weir. It can be customized to your ultrasonic power needs, ensuring you don’t pay for more ultrasonic cleaning action then you need. The 5038i ultrasonic cleaner can be built with either 2000 or 3000 watts peak ultrasound for lighter cleaning applications, like removing cutting fluids or light oils from a variety of machined parts. The flat bottom design makes cleaning the tank very easy, with no transducers to clean around.
The Omega Super Pro is a powerful industrial ultrasonic cleaner with a 45-gallon ultrasonic cleaning tank and some of the highest ultrasonic cleaning power-to-volume ratios in the industry. This unit is a real workhorse and can power through much of your ultrasonic cleaning needs. Digital ultrasonic control, digital temperature control and filtration are all standards on this unit. Clients in the petrochemical, engine building, mining, oil and gas drilling industries use this ultrasonic parts washer to remove, grease, dirt, carbon and more during their maintenance protocols.
The starter model in our line of Pro Series ultrasonic washers has a 25-gallon capacity and a built-in filtration system to go along with digital time-controlled ultrasound and digital heat. The filtration system moves floating oils and contaminants into the overflow weir and through dual stage filters to remove dirt and oils. This is the perfect ultrasonic cleaner for manufacturers removing oils, cutting fluids and metal debris from a variety of machined parts. Motorcycle shops have found the Omega Pro ultrasonic cleaner to be a perfect tool for cleaning a high volume of carburetors.
Unique Features:
The 33-gallon Omega Pro Plus industrial ultrasonic cleaner has a slightly larger tank capacity than the Omega Pro, but twice the ultrasonic cleaning action, making it ideal for higher volume industrial clients. Utilizing all the same design conveniences, the 24” x 18” tank opening gives the operator that extra flexibility needed for larger parts. The 120-volt design means the unit can literally go anywhere in your facility, making it ideal for cell manufacturing.
The SST 4030 was specifically created to accommodate the print capacity of the Stratasys mc900 3D FDM printing system. This 187 gallon capacity ultrasonic parts cleaner will remove soluble support structure from a printed part as large as 3’ x 2-1/2’ x 3’. Since removing SST material from a print does not require filtration, the SST 4030 utilizes only digital controlled heat and ultrasound to perform the cleaning.
